Criminal defense attorney with extensive practice in criminal defense across all court levels, graduated in Law from the University of Southern Santa Catarina — UNISUL, Trajano Campus, Florianópolis (2010–2014). Holds a Postgraduate Specialization in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from the University of Vale do Itajaí — UNIVALI, in partnership with the Santa Catarina Prosecutors' Association — ACMP (2015–2016).

Completed the Preparation Course for Admission to the Prosecution Career through ACMP and the Prosecution School (2015), as well as an Extension Course in Criminal Practice from Damásio de Jesus (2017) — giving him in-depth command of both the prosecution and defense perspectives. Has experience in the Office of Justice César Augusto Mimoso Ruiz Abreu and distinction in Oral Arguments before Superior Courts.

Member of the Gastão da Rosa family, of great tradition and distinction in criminal law in Santa Catarina, Bruno carries on the legacy of his father, Dr. Cláudio Gastão da Rosa, who was one of the most recognized criminal lawyers in the entire state.

Attorney with extensive technical experience in civil, administrative, and corporate law. Graduated in Law, with complementary training from the Superior School of the Judiciary of Santa Catarina — ESMESC (2016). Began his career as a Parliamentary Advisor at the Legislative Assembly of Santa Catarina — ALESC (2009–2011), where he worked in the office of Representative Edison Andrino on the drafting of bills and legal assistance.

Served as Legal Advisor at the Barriga Verde Officers' Association — ABVO (2013–2014), providing legal assistance to state military officers. Completed a Residency and Postgraduate Internship at the Public Prosecution Service of Santa Catarina — MPSC (2015–2016), assigned to the 3rd Prosecutor's Office of the Biguaçu District, where he drafted Public Civil Actions, Administrative Improbity Actions, Appeals, and Counter-Arguments. Subsequently, he was a partner attorney at Abreu & Sílvia Advogados Associados (2018–2022), working in civil, administrative, and criminal advisory.

Practices primarily in high-complexity cases, accompanying clients in all legal situations, from the phase preceding the judicial action, including preliminary investigations and police inquiries, through the conclusion of the case, after the filing of appeals before superior courts.

Committed to ethics, confidentiality, and personalized service, he draws upon all the experience acquired throughout his professional career to deliver outstanding and notably competent legal assistance, with a constant presence alongside the client at every necessary stage, practicing in Florianópolis and throughout the national territory.
